Prior to your visit with Dr. Godwin please obtain your previous records so that your optometric care will be seamless.
- Contact the location where you last saw Dr. Godwin
- Ask for your records to be emailed to you or you may pick them up.
- Be sure to ask for any advanced testing such as visual fields or OCT.
- You may bring the email with you at the time of your exam or forward your records to our office using our email address.
